  Ensure all items are unassembled and repacked in their original packaging to guarantee safe transit back to our warehouse.

  We will coordinate a convenient collection date with our specialized furniture couriers; please note that return carriage fees may apply.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
